Cannot Receive Email - POP  Print this Article

Please see below common reasons as to why you cannot receive emails to your POP email account:

1. The person trying to send you an email is sending an attachment over 4MB
2. Website Blue  is not your email provider, ask your IT Administrator who hosts your email.
3. The person sending the email to you is sending to the incorrect email address
4. Your mailbox is full.  It is important that you empty your deleted items and junk mail on a regular basis, you can do this by accessing your email account via webmail.  To login to your email just put webmail at the beginning of your domain name i.e.
5. Your device is not set to delete emails after a period of time, please see below common device settings:​
