How do I login to cPanel (Hosting)  Print this Article

To login and access cPanel (Control Panel) for your domain please note that we need to whitelist your IP address and/or the IP address of anyone accessing cPanel

  • In the client portal Open a support ticket and send us your IPv4 (found here: whatismyipaddress.com)
  • Once your IP has been whitelisted, our support team will send you a response with your cPanel login details

Once your IP has been whitelisted by our team you can also access cPanel via your client portal using the below steps:

  • In the client portal click on the Service tab followed by My Services
  • Now select the Manage Product option located next to your hosting account
  • Now select Login to cPanel on the Actions menu on the right hand side
