How To Assign A Staff Member To A Team  Print this Article

Assigning staff members to a team is a good way to group together staff members for large agencies.

 

The pre-set teams available are:

  • Directors
  • Sales
  • Support
  • Property Management
  • Commercial
  • Administration

 

To assign a staff member to a team:

 

  1. Login to WordPress by adding '/wp-admin/' to the end of your agency's URL and entering your details
  2. From the Dashboard go to Staff Members > All Staff Members > Select Staff Member
  3. Scroll down to the Details section
  4. Assign the team in the Department/Team field
  5. Hit the blue Publish button when adding a new staff member, or Update button when editing an existing staff member
