How to assign a staff member to an agency

Multi-office agencies will want to make sure their staff members are assigned to the correct office to ensure the correct listings and contact details are associated with that person.

 

To assign a staff member to an agency:

 

  1. Login to WordPress by adding '/wp-admin/' to the end of your agency's URL and entering your details
  2. From the Dashboard go to Staff Members > All Staff Members > Select Staff Member
  3. Scroll down to the Details section
  4. Assign the agency in the Agency field
  5. Hit the blue Publish button when adding a new staff member, or Update button when editing an existing staff member
