Please see below common reasons for listings not displaying on your website:

1. "Office Web Site" is not ticked under the Visibility section of the listing profile in MyDesktop.
1. Your property or update is still processing, the average maximum update time is within 3 hours.
1. The listing status is incorrect.

If you have checked all of the above are correct and your property is still not displaying on your website, please reply with the following information and we will investigate this further:

- Property ID/ID's that are not showing
- Property Address/es that are not showing
- Date & Time that the update was made

Once we have received the above information we will provide an update within 24 hours.
